Adams Training & Educational Center

Adams Training and Education Center

Adams Training and Education Center is a nonprofit organization created to expand access, education, and opportunity in motorsports for youth who may not otherwise have a pathway into the industry. Built on the legacy of Adams Motorsports Park and the Adams family’s decades-long commitment to racing, the Center uses karting, driver development, STEAM education, simulator training, safety instruction, and hands-on mechanic education to introduce young people to the many career and personal-development opportunities connected to motorsports.

Our mission is to help underrepresented youth gain access to the same training, mentorship, and real-world racing experiences that are often only available to families with significant financial resources. Through structured programming, students are exposed to more than just driving. They learn discipline, focus, teamwork, engineering concepts, vehicle maintenance, race preparation, safety procedures, and the confidence needed to pursue big goals both on and off the track.

Motorsports Access & Driver Development Scholarship Fund

The Motorsports Access & Driver Development Scholarship Fund is a program of Adams Training and Education Center designed to provide financial assistance and training opportunities for youth interested in motorsports. The Fund helps remove financial barriers by supporting access to karting instruction, safety training, STEAM-based motorsports education, simulator training, mechanic education, and driver development opportunities.

This scholarship fund was created to make motorsports more inclusive and accessible for young people who have the talent, interest, and determination to succeed but may lack the resources to participate. Scholarship recipients may receive support for introductory karting lessons, ongoing driver development, safety gear, simulator training, educational workshops, and other approved motorsports-related learning opportunities.

Adams Training and Education Center plans to begin accepting applications for the Motorsports Access & Driver Development Scholarship Fund in the fall. Selected students will have the opportunity to participate in a structured program that combines education, mentorship, and hands-on motorsports training.
